HCV040 THATCHER'S SNATCH s/t ep
Melbourne's Thatcher's Snatch's debut release offers up four explosive tracks that encompasses aggressive, hard hitting, Thatcher hating, two fingers in the air, Uk82 punk sound! A great blend between the raw fury of Riot city records with the big sound production of early Clay albums! Lyrically these track deals with such issues as, the insidious relationship between Maggie thatcher and the Australian born media tycoon Rupert Murdoch, the hate filled and bible fueled evangelical maniac/ rugby player, Israel Folau, mismanaged government funds and general anti authoritarian antics. So grab a flagon of cider, chuck on your studded jacket n' boots... and play this record as loud and obnoxiously as humanly possible.

Some pretty good hardcore punk here. Screeching vocals over fast and catchy riffs: it's a good recipe for a headbang. It's long enough for the listener to appreciate, yet short enough that it doesn't overstay its welcome. Good stuff. Thibaut Devigne
